As previously mentioned, all current orders have been delivered or retrieved. Nothing is currently outstanding. However, I want to buy a vacuum cleaner. I’m feeling sad that I didn’t send my Oreck over. BUT, there’s the electricity problem so nevermind. I checked Amazon Spain and the only ones I even see are 1. Not in stock 2. US plug
I’m thinking I can find Miele brand in a store. Have any of you used that brand?
Scott went with me and my new friend on our supermarket excursion yesterday. We had fun. I always like going to markets and such in other countries. This was really good because our friend has a car. Scott took the opportunity to get a GIANT bag of dog food. Not so fun carrying that, even in the basket of an electric bike.
The things below caught my eye yesterday… don’t worry, no animal heads or eyeballs!
We’ve had some general education about Port wine and the aging of same. The bottle on the left struck me funny and then I looked at the price!

Our friend told me that she likes chopped garlic in a jar. I’ve used that on occasion. Not sure I would buy a brand that essentially insults the buyer, but, hey, if it’s all you can find, what are you gonna do? Personally, I can wait until my Pampered Chef garlic press catches up with us. But this is funny!

And finally, there was this vegetable? It was in between some orange and some purple cauliflower. To me, this looks like it either came out of the ocean or from outer space. Not too sure about it. What do you think?
I saved the best news for last! You are going to be EXTREMELY excited! Why? Because you all now have yet another reason to come visit us. We have our very own Pickleball court! Yes! I told you Scott bought this portable net, right? I ordered paddles and balls (from, yep, Amazon Spain). Then I looked up the official site for Pickleball and sent Scott the measurements for a court. This crazy terrace has more than enough space! He used masking tape to lay it out and we played some! VERY exciting! So start getting your airline tickets!
